One Warm Coat grants registered Coat Drive Ambassadors a limited logo use license.
One Warm Coat grants Ambassadors permission to promote One Warm Coat in connection with their coat drive. You may download the One Warm Coat logo in the horizontal and/or vertical format logos in JPEG or PNG form. If you need the logo in EPS format, please email us.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
One Warm Coat grants limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable right to use the One Warm Coat name, logo and other trademarks (Branding) provided by One Warm Coat to be used solely in connection with an approved registered coat drive.
One Warm Coat’s logo may not be covered, distorted or altered in any way, other than size.
To protect the Branding, reputation and established credibility of One Warm Coat, One Warm Coat allows Ambassadors to utilize and customize materials provided in the Tools & Resources section of our website.
Ambassadors will obtain prior approval for usage of Branding, other than as provided in Section 2.1, including but not limited to its use on/in any promotional materials, web pages, press releases, blog posts, Facebook posts, marketing materials and print advertising (Promotions).
One Warm Coat does not endorse any Ambassador or Business, its products or services. Ambassador will in no manner make a direct statement or imply in any way an endorsement by One Warm Coat. The terms “Partner” and “Sponsor” may not be used by coat drive Ambassadors.
