Beth W. Amodio
President & CEObeth@onewarmcoat.orgBeth Amodio joined One Warm Coat as President and CEO in October 2018. Beth is passionate about helping people in need. She has more than twenty years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations and educational institutions, including four years as Senior Director of Development and Communications for Second Harvest Food Bank in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties in California. Beth’s key areas of expertise include campaign management, major gift solicitations, corporate relations, branding, and strategic planning. She has extensive experience working with nonprofit boards. Beth has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master’s Degree in Institutional Advancement from Vanderbilt University. She currently resides in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband and two sons.

Patti Zappa
Executive Vice President patti@onewarmcoat.orgPatti Zappa joined the One Warm Coat team in June 2015 as Director of Development and Communications before being promoted to Executive Vice President. In her role, she is responsible for Development, Communication, and Program strategy and implementation. She has more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit and higher education programming, communication, and fundraising. Patti attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA where she received a B.A. in Communication and Rhetorical Studies and an M.A. in Corporate Communication.

Jen Hanes
Director of Programs & Agency Relations jen@onewarmcoat.orgJen Hanes joined the One Warm Coat team in September 2019. In her role as Program Director, Jen builds and stewards relationships with One Warm Coat’s 1,000+ nonprofit partner agencies. She brings with her more than 15 years of experience in program coordination, social service management and international development. Jen holds an M.S. in Social and Health Policy from Columbia University and a B.A. in International Studies from West Virginia University. Prior to joining One Warm Coat, Jen worked with the World Health Organization and several other global aid organizations. She currently resides outside of Austin, TX with her husband and three children.

Ratri Lertluksamipun
Director of Corporate Relationsratri@onewarmcoat.orgRatri Lertluksamipun joined One Warm Coat in 2023 as the Director of Corporate Relations. With more than 10 years of experience in nonprofit administration, donor relations, and fundraising, Ratri has advanced missions for organizations in higher education, the arts, and healthcare industries. She was previously the Senior Alumni & Constituency Relations Officer for the USC School of Architecture and has served as the Associate Director of Event & Corporate Fundraising at P.S. ARTS. Ratri is passionate about sustainability and helping those in need. In her role she provides opportunities for corporate partners to fulfill their philanthropic intentions while improving the lives of underserved populations. Ratri earned her B.A in International Studies – Economics from the University of California, San Diego. A native of Los Angeles, California, she currently resides in Charleston, SC.

Stephanie Rowe Bencic
Grant Writer & Database Managerstephanie@onewarmcoat.orgStephanie Rowe Bencic joined the One Warm Coat team in May 2022. In her role as the Grant Writer and Database Manager, Stephanie oversees the grant program and manages One Warm Coat’s CRM software. She brings with her nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit, development, writing, and research. Stephanie is a graduate of Ohio Northern University where she majored in Communications/Public Relations. Before joining One Warm Coat, she worked in the health and human services nonprofit sector. Stephanie currently resides in Columbus, OH with her husband.

Carolyn Hawk
Coat Drive Coordinator carolyn@onewarmcoat.orgCarolyn Hawk joined One Warm Coat in April 2021 as the Coat Drive Coordinator, after working closely with the team in a contractor position for several years. In her role, Carolyn is responsible for overseeing all facets of the Coat Drive Program, from the public-facing consumer side, to internal program building and expansion planning. Carolyn brings with her many years of experiences in University Advancement from Duquesne University. Carolyn has a degree in Administration of Justice from Penn State University. She currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and three children.
