SecretaryJane brings 30+ years of experience in strategic branding, public relations and package design, working primarily at Landor Associates (San Francisco and New York), and Thompson Design Group (San Francisco), where she was actively involved in the development of the One Warm Coat logo as Senior Account Manager. Kevin brings a broad range of leadership experience including: financial management, entrepreneurship, commercial real estate development, and local government non-profit governance. Kevin is currently the Director Supply Chain Finance: Kellogg’s Morning Foods, and is responsible for 10 plants, logistics, and procurement across three countries that represents ~$2B of annual spend. Kevin has had 7 years of progressive financial experience at Kellogg’s and Harris Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Business, M.A. in Religion, and a M.S. in Accounting from Liberty University and a Master of Science in Analytics from Northwestern University. He completed post-graduate certificates from Dartmouth College and Stanford University in Lean-Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Project Management (SAPM), respectively. Battle Creek, MI.
Board Member - Audit ChairDavid has over 20 years of experience across a broad range of finance roles at large companies. David is currently Director of Finance – Supply Chain at Savers, a global thrift store chain, which he joined in November 2014. Before joining Savers, he spent ten years at Microsoft, where he held a variety of positions including a three-year stint in China as the Regional Finance Manager for R&D. Prior to Microsoft, he worked at FedEx and Georgia-Pacific in roles ranging from Accounting to Audit and FP&A. David is a CPA and a CMA. Board MemberCandace is a renowned advocate of the homeless and has more than 20 years of experience in human services. Candace joined Open Door Mission in 1995, a $24 million non-profit ministry where she currently serves as President/CEO. Sahil has over ten years of consulting experience and has worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients, primarily in the Financial Services and Healthcare industries. He is currently a Program Manager at Dell Inc. Prior to joining Dell, he spent six years at Deloitte Consulting, where he was a Manager in the Deloitte Digital consulting practice. In recent years, he has led large teams on global implementations to deliver CRM solutions to the Sales and Marketing teams. He holds a B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Punjab Technical University (India). Providence RI.
Cassi is driven by a passion to support children, families, and communities at large. As an attorney with 7 years of courtroom, mediation, and corporate background, she brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her support of One Warm Coat. Graduating from Loyola University (J.D. 2008), she went on to work for Credit Suisse, in the investment banking sector. She has also worked in contract negotiation, entertainment law, and child and family advocacy. She is currently general counsel for an international media company based in Southern California. Mark brings over 20 years of executive level leadership in sales, technology, operations and capital fund raising to the team. In his current role as an independent consultant, Mark advises businesses with strategic and financial planning, developing custom sales methodologies and implementing technology-enabled business solutions. In addition, Mark serves as president for a restaurant holding company engaging in the development of business planning from inception to implementation. For 8 years, Mark served as COO for Viewpointe, responsible for all operations and sales activities including P&L, technology and strategic direction. Mark attended Adelphi University as a communications major leading to over 10 years in leadership roles within the technology, financial services and healthcare data fields. Birmingham, AL.
Patrick is an avid supporter of public education and children’s welfare. He has over 20 years of experience in the Staffing and Human Resources field. Patrick currently serves as a Staffing Manager supporting Research & Engineering recruitment at Google, leading teams to map, source and hire the world’s leading computer science talent. Prior to joining Google, Patrick held a variety of global HR and Staffing leadership roles at both Microsoft & Amazon. He has a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University. Palo Alto, CA.
Jeff has over twenty-five years experience as a visionary, results-driven senior technology executive with an exceptional track record for leading strategic initiatives and technology shifts to achieve quantifiable business growth. He has extensive background in leading all areas of Information Technology in the healthcare and retail industries. Jeff is currently a Leadership Partner at Garter, serving as a trusted advisor and coach to IT leaders from Global 2000 organizations. Previously, he held executive positions leading IT organizations at Providence Health & Services, REI and Whole Foods Market.
